“Our rates may appear higher than some others at first, but at the end of the day they usually are not because we only have an hourly rate. There are no additional fees, mileage or service charges. It is our way to keep your experience as simple and transparent as possible.”

Rates

  • 2 hour minimum at $225 an hour, or $450 to book an appointment. Hourly rate doesn’t begin until the technician starts the repair.

  • Every 30 minutes after the first 2 hours is $112.50

  • Hourly rate includes labor and travel up to 40 miles from Gainesville, FL (if over 40 miles, then an additional mileage fee may apply)

INSURANCE AND WARRANTY
If you have an insurance or warranty claim, please call before scheduling an appointment. There is a administrative processing fee of $150 per claim.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 3 day notice of cancellation.

- Cancel 3 days before appointment, by 5pm, no cancellation fee
- Cancel 2 days before appointment, fee is 50% of appointment estimate or invoice
- Cancel less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment time, fee is 90% of appointment estimate or invoice
